The Non-Human Night Creatures is a rather simple dual channel, hand-built delay. The two effects have slightly different voices and delay times, one darker than the other, and one slightly modulated.
The two central knobs control overall output and blend between the two channels, while the side and left vertical knob rows set each delay’s time and feedback/repeats.
The knobs have no description so here’s a screenshot from the manual that explains what they do:
