The Body Mod by Eau Claire’s Dwarfcraft Devices is a multi-mode modulation pedal including three modes:Â Chorus, Flange, and Octave, with a twist.
The Flux control is the “special knob” in this pedal, and adds unexpected effects to each mode: In Chorus mode an upper octave and at full rotation the pitches spiral up and out of range in a bit of audio alchemy. In Flanger mode it acts as a simple resonance dial, allowing you to get the right amount of metallic zing. The Octave mode, instead, provides parallel sub octave and upper octave signals that can both be filtered with the Flux knob.
