The Fuzzlord FU-2 is a heavy silicon fuzz with a slight upper octave inspired by the classic, saturated and mid-scooped sound of the Shin-ei Superfuzz from the ’70s, but engineered to provide a more powerful sound comparable to the Hyperfuzz.
Controls are pretty straightforward, with the Expander knob functioning as gain. The two Bass/Treble EQ knobs are part of an active Baxandall tone stack delivering 10dB of boost or cut.
