From London, UK, comes the 3rd version of the Magnetic Effects Solar Bender, a fuzz modeled on the legendary Tone Bender MKII, with a three position Bass toggle switch to tweak the low end and Bias, Attack and Tone knobs.
This stompbox also sports a couple of rather unique features:
- A high input impedance and a low output impedance allow it to be compatible with buffered bypass pedals as well as pedal switchers and wireless systems.
- A charge pump acting as a polarity reverse circuit allows to run the pedal on a standard 9V centre negative adapter and even daisy chain it with other pedals.

Designed to capture the sonic flavour of a Tone Bender MKII Fuzz, the Solar Bender offers smooth, saturated fuzz tones with excellent harmonic overtones, sustain and an organic mid range response.
Temperature stability, buffer friendly response and standard power 9V DC power operation make the pedal easy to use on stage and in the studio. Enhanced sonic possibilities are provided through its combination of Level, Attack, Bias and Tone controls. A three position Bass toggle switch allows you to tailor the low end response.
