Electro-Harmonix has released the LPB-3, an updated version of their classic LPB-1 booster pedal, which was the first stompbox they ever released in 1968.
The LPB-3 features an active EQ with a powerful parametric mid control for precise tone shaping and offers up to 33dB of clean boost, with an option (via toggle switch) to limit it to 20db. The interaction between the Pre-Gain and the Boost knobs lets you fine-tune the amount of delivered gain and volume.
The second toggle switch on the right offers two Q options affecting the shape (thinner or wider) of the EQ’s boost or cut.
The LBP-3 works internally at 30v for extended headroom.
