Debuted at our recent Austin Stompbox Exhibit, the Strymon Sunset is the Californian company’s take on multi-mode overdrive, with a dual angle.
A dual, hybrid analog/digital overdrive pedal with 3 different flavors of drive per channel, for a total of 18 possible tones between single and cascaded channel combos. A Class A JFET input gain adds up to 20dB of analog gain, whils an advanced SHARC DSP re-creates the harmonic complexity of the various modes. Each side has Level, Drive and Tone knobs and its own footswitch.
