To be released in the next few weeks, the Hagerman Thermionic Reinforcer is a pedal featuring the entire 2-channel preamp section of the company’s Push-Pull 12W Amplifier including the two 12AX7 tubes.
The first channel is a rather traditional overdrive, warm and dynamic, while the second one, triggered by the Clip footswitch, delivers hard edge clipping obtained by saturating a second tube.
