The hand-built Megawatt Mayhem Maestro (MMM) is a one-knob germanium fuzz pedal designed to push slightly overdriven tube amps into aggressive territory and add sustain to overdrives.
Its circuit, similar to other models but biased hotter with more bass, delivers a sweet yet gritty germanium fuzz with increased low-end oomph.
The single knob controls gain, with output volume always at maximum, potentially causing hiss at low gain settings.
The pedal features a rust-blued carbon steel top plate and enclosures made from reclaimed wood, which may have imperfections considered intentional “features.”
