The StoneDeafFX Rise & Shine is an octave fuzz that blends vintage tone with modern technology, with a twist. A digitally controlled fuzz pedal, it is at its heart a classic octave-up fuzz, but integrated with a dynamic octapulse tremolo that allows it to go well beyond your typical fuzz tones.
The circuit, developed over three years, allows plenty of tweakability: you can switch the octave in and out through a separate footswitch, while the four black knobs control Volume, Tone, Mix, and Fuzz.
The two push buttons under the knobs deal with the tremolo, activating it and allowing for the control of its various functions, including tap tempo, subdivision, and even allowing custom tapped patterns.
