You’ll be hard-pressed to find a pedal manufacturer whose products are crazier than the ones conceived by New York’s Electro Faustus’. The two friends behind this company are actually coming from the synth world, as you can tell from their latest stompbox, the EF111 Guitardämmerung.
The product doesn’t seem to have a description or manual available online, but we read somewhere that it’s “some kind of matching phase oscillation thing” – which is, really, all we need to know to be intrigued! For the record, “dämmerung” is the German word for dusk or twilight.
Even though it seems able to deliver some fuzzy tones, we’ll file it under our “synth pedal” category.
