Noise Engineering Batverb

Emerging from the Eurorack module-ridden offices where the Noise Engineering team devises their circuit, the Batverb is a stereo reverb and synthetic tail generator that defies convention.

Built on the powerful algorithm from the company’s Desmodus Versio module, this pedal is a treasure trove of delay and reverb textures, all enhanced by its signature onboard distortion for gritty, atmospheric edge. Needless to say, it’s made with adventurous guitarists in mind.

Complex but intuitive, this pedal lets you dial in your predelay and feedback with the Time and Regen controls, crafting everything from subtle slapback to haunting, infinite echoes. The Doom knob plunges your sound into cinematic lows with suboctaves, while Shimmer adds ethereal, otherworldly overtones. Tweak the Focus switch for high or low dampening, and use the ducking feature to create dynamic, gated reverbs that respond to your playing. For added texture, the Grit control lets you saturate the wet signal or the entire output, while the Blend and Input knobs fine-tune your mix.

Batverb is also built for performance (and fun live experimentation). The Hold switch freezes your sound into lush, infinite drones, while MIDI and expression pedal compatibility let you manipulate parameters on the fly.

A series of secondary controls allow fine-tuning of many other parameters including hi/lo pass filter.
