This Keeley Rotary pedal is a stereo, limited edition emulation of the Leslie cabinet effect, sold exclusively through the manufacturer’s website.
Although the company released a few other effects of this kind in the past, it claims the Rotary is based on a new circuit particularly effective in delivering the classic “syrupy swirl & tube breakup” via three simple knobs: Blend Drive and Speed, plus a Mid Boost switch.
Via the second footswitch, you can:
- choose between two distinct rotation speeds
- “Brake,” i.e. instantly slow down the rotation
- Control the speed transition between slow and fast for smooth or dramatic soundscapes.
