US pedal manufacturer
Source Audio is one of the few companies that's been trying in recent years to move the stompbox concept forward rather than... retro.  Their unique Hot Hand technology (basically a motion sensing remote control system) has brought unprecedented control of  pedal parameters directly to the guitarists' hands. Their latest product supporting such technology is  the Soundblox 2 Orbital Mod, a super-compact DSP powered pedal that features 12 modulation effects and a lot of shaping power. It was originally released as a special limited run item back in 2010 and demand was so high that they decided to reintroduce it back into their line on a semi-permanent basis. I guess what really intrigues me about this box is that it has two great fuzz options in one box and the octave up. This really sounds great when playing in the lower register. I am excited to hear this in person... ... Click on the title for more
