The pedal demos by Knobs are unmissable, here's the one for the new Chase Bliss Audio distortion, named Brothers. We highlighted it a few weeks ago as a "Best of NAMM 2017" pedal here, and had the pleasure of seeing it/hearing it at our Austin Stompbox Exhibit a few weeks ago.

With regular sized pedals featuring incredibly deep functionality (but still holding on to - as they like to say - an "analog heart"), in just a few years Chase Bliss Audio (established in 2013) has been able to create a new standard for the beloved stompbox format.
At the NAMM 2017 show, the Minnesota based company was one of the most hyped as far as guitar effects go. For the uninitiated, Chase Bliss Audio is what our friends at The Deli Mag would call a manufacturer "with buzz." Started by Joel Korte in 2013, the company's first products were born from an intense period of inspiration, which allowed the pedal designer to quickly develop a name for himself, in particular thanks to truly insane levels of attention to detail and functionality, as extensively demonstrated by the the fact that each Chase Audio Pedal has 16 dip switches in the back, opening up almost infinite tweaking options.... We continue our look at interesting if not bizarre pedals that try to push the limits of what a stompbox can do. The next one on the list is the Chase Bliss Audio Warped Vinyl, an analog pedal that promises to fulfill all your analog, vibrato and chorus desires.
For starters the sheer number of controls on this pedal merit its inclusion here: 6 knobs, 4 mini-toggles, 2 footswitches (one for tap tempo) and an astounding 16 dip switches - all in a regular size case! Once you start dialing in tones you can achieve everything from subtle chorus to rhythmically complex vibrato, where all matters of pitch, attack, decay and depth can be twisted and deformed. ... With NAMM 2018 around the corner, pedal builders have started announcing the new designs they'll be unveiling at the Anaheim convention.
There's a fine line between "old" and "vintage," and that subtle quality called "character" is what stands between the two. Many music lovers today enjoy the sonic imperfections of vinyl records, and while several examples of vinyl emulation plug ins for recording have been around for decades, guitar pedal manufacturers haven't shown as much interest in the idea, if any.
