Participation in this pedal giveaway is subject to the following conditions of participation:
A. Eligibility
Only persons 18 or over who are resident in the EU and UK are eligible to participate. Each user is allowed to take part in the respective competition once.
B. Implementation
To participate in the competition, readers must sign up through the Delicious-Audio.com web page and provide their email address.
Participation is possible until May 24, 2024 11:59 p.m. The winner will be chosen at random.
Delicious Audio will announce the winner via a link in the comments of the competition picture on Facebook and contact the winner via email. After the winner has been announced, they are requested to send their address details via email within the next 14 days.
If this is not done within 20 days, the claim to the prize will expire without replacement.
The prizes will be shipped directly from the manufacturer.
Participation in the competition is free.

Delicious Audio always observes data protection regulations when collecting, processing, and using the participant’s personal data.
By participating in the competition, the participant agrees to the storage and use of their personal data to carry out and process the competition by Delicious Audio.

Delicious Audio is entitled to end the competition early at any time. If a provision of these terms and conditions of participation is invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions will not be affected.
