  2. Please put company stickers on the boards’ bags, adapters, cables, headphones etc, or we won’t be able to guarantee you’ll get them back!

9 am – 12 pm Setup:
Each company will be assigned a specific time between 9 am and 11 am for unloading and setting up.
Guitar pedal reps should come to the venue between 10.30 and 11am and be ready by 11.45am
12 pm: Doors Open
6 pm: Doors Close

SUNDAY 06.07
10.30 am: Doors Open | Voucher Time!
5 pm: Doors Close
5 pm-8 pm: Breakdown

PARKING

I tried to secure a third-party parking lot for this venue but had no luck, so reps will have to unload in front of the venue and then look for street parking, which shouldn’t be too hard in this area.

COMING TO REP YOUR BOARD OR SMALL SYNTH IN PERSON?
  1. You can bring it with you, of course, no need to ship it.
  2. Please show up at the venue on Saturday at 11 am!
  3. Feel free to bring your own guitar.

Please follow these guidelines according to the size of your presence (doors open at 12 pm):

Truetone + Room plans (Buchla): 9.30 am
• 2-Table plans: 9.45 am
• 1-Table plan Pedal Builders: 10.00 am
• 1-Table plan Synth Builders: 10.30 am
• 4′ Shared table plan: 10.45 am
• Any other shared table plan: 11.00 am

—– WHAT WE NEED FROM PEDAL EXHIBITORS —–
  1. PEDALBOARD WITH PEDALS: Attach your pedals on the board(s) and ship everything in the case to the address on top of this email.
  2. YOU NEED TO BRING YOUR OWN AMP EMULATION DEVICE – make sure it has a headphones output.
  3. STUDIO HEADPHONES:  At least one per board (we’ll provide headphones only for unmanned boards)
  4. AUDIO CABLES: Please use your own audio cables to connect the pedals.
  5. POWER: Please connect all pedals to power adapters so that they are ready to be plugged in.
  6. PEDALS WITH SPECIAL POWER REQUIREMENTS: If you are sending one or more pedals that require their own PSU, please include the PSU in the shipment and place a sticker on the pedal saying “PSU included in box.” Place also a sticker on a PSU with your company’s name on it.
  7. OPTIONAL INFO SHEET: Send the pdf or jpg file of the 11″x 7″ horizontal (or letter size vertical if you have a mini-board) for the info sheet (optional but recommended) to Paolo, see here for templates. – Send file to thedelirag – AT – gmail.com – DEADLINE: One week before the event
—–SELLING GUIDELINES—–

At our shows, if you wish, you can sell direct, but it’s your responsibility to do that in according to local laws. You can also sell through the participating local, licensed stores.

—–PLEASE DO NOT SEND/BRING—–
  1. HANGING BANNERS – we don’t have space for them, the 11″x17″ info sheet should have your logo and all the info about your pedals, and synth builders with their own table can bring one or two roll out banners.
  2. STUDIO MONITORS OR AMPS: Our events are strictly in the headphones – it helps with human interaction! You can only bring amp heads if they are not wider than your board, but you’ll have to play them through the headphones.
—— IMPORTANT: LUNCH ——

In all likelihood, at lunch time it will be too busy for you to venture out looking for a place to eat. We recommend either skipping lunch or bringing a sandwich. This year we should have a Mexican food truck in the event’s parking lot. “Should” is in italics because twice before we were stood up by Mexican food trucks, but these guys seem reliable.

GETTING MATERIAL BACK – SUPER IMPORTANT!!!!

Please send a Fedex (no other option) return label to this email address by 06.05: paolo – at – delicious-audio.com, so that we can get the carriers to pick up the stuff and return it to you.

If you want to also print a label, please don’t put it in the board bag’s pouch, but directly on top or under the board itself, that way we can’t miss it.
