For NAMM 2019, Xotic Effects has announced 2 new pedals miniature pedals. The Super Clean Buffer is a high-quality Class A circuit designed around the JRC4558 chip that provides the open and articulate buffering that most buffered bypass pedals simply lack. The Super Clean steps up with a discrete circuit that offers up to 12dB of clean boost with an internal DIP switch that allows you to select the boost frequency.
The Super Sweet Booster gives you access to up to 20dB of clean boost via another circuit based around the JRC4558 chip, and it also offers an internal DIP switch to select the frequency.
The only external controls for either pedal is a small Gain knob and a footswitch. – Brandon Stoner
