The H9 is a dichotomy. It’s easy to use, but not intuitive. Pitch, Modulation, Delay, Reverb, Distortion and more – with its ever-growing list of presets, it just does too much to be simple. You can plug it in and it will sound great right away; but to really understand it, you need to dig in and fine tune it. But it never feels overwhelming. Even with what feels like an infinite number of sounds, and its ability to expand owned presets to other H9 units, it just feels generous.  […]

How does it sound? Well, the H9 is the very well regarded Space, Timefactor, Pitchfactor, and Modfactor stompboxes, along with a few new effect algorithms to cover things like dirt, fuzz, and compression, all in one small package. The delays, verbs, modulations and pitch effects are 100% worth the purchase price.  […]
