What It Is
The Synth & Pedal Expo, launched in 2018, is a dynamic and compact gear exhibition in a pop-up format, specifically tailored for the vibrant, city-based music communities shaping the most lively scenes in North America and Europe.
The origins of this event trace back further, with the pedal component (Stompbox Exhibit) inaugurated in 2011 in NYC. Following suit, the synth showcase made its debut in 2014 at the iconic Main Drag Music store nestled in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.
From Brooklyn to London
In 2018, the two expos were united during a bustling Brooklyn exhibition. This merger paved the way for a series of events hosted in other significant music scenes like Austin (during SXSW), Los Angeles, Montreal, and Portland. As of 2023, the event’s global footprint expanded to include the city of London, UK.
London 2024 Recap
The launch London 2024 show brought around 2000 musicians on a weekend in March to a packed venue by the Hackney Marshes, triggering enthusiastic vendor feedback.
The London Synth & Pedal Expo 2025 will be hosted in the same venue. We will announce the schedule of the workshops soon!
